Orders and Payment
- All prices on our Site are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- Shipping will be calculated once ordering has been completed and will be based on the chosen address.
- Payment can be made via Visa, Mastercard, Account2Account, AfterPay, or ZIP. We use secure systems to safeguard your details and do not store your credit card or personal information.
- Once your order is processed, an automated confirmation will be sent to you by email, serving as your GST invoice.
Delivery and Service
- You can select your preferred delivery date using the Shipping Calculator when placing your order.
- We will deliver the products to the address specified by you at the time of your order, unless this is an address deemed “Non-Urban” by New Zealand Couriers. If your address is Non-Urban, we will contact you to arrange delivery to a suitable Urban address.
- If your delivery is delayed, we will advise you as soon as we discover the delay and provide an updated expected delivery date.
Product Variation
- Due to the natural variation in beef cattle, the appearance of the meat products you receive may differ slightly from the photos displayed on our website.
- While we strive to provide accurate representations of our products, factors such as marbling, color, and texture can vary from animal to animal, resulting in minor differences between the product images and the actual products delivered.
- These natural variations do not affect the quality or taste of our meat products, and we guarantee that all our products meet our high standards for excellence.
Quality Guarantee and Satisfaction
- At Maple and Marble, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality meat products. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
- In the event that you receive an incorrect or damaged product, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, provided that you notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.
- Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been consumed or mishandled after delivery.
Privacy Policy and Personal Information
- We collect information about you when you visit our Site. This information may be used to process your orders, ensure delivery, contact you regarding our products or services, and monitor and profile the type of people accessing our Site.
