Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy
At Maple and Marble, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality meat products and exceptional service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our refund, return, and cancellation policy below.
Refunds and Returns
- If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
- If your order has not been delivered within 24 hours of the expected delivery date, please notify us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
- We are unable to issue refunds for products that have been consumed, disposed of, or damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
- To request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds may take up to seven working days to process and will be credited to your original payment method.
- In some cases, we may require you to return the product(s) for inspection before issuing a refund or replacement. Please securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible, and ship them to:

- Returned products must be in good condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund. We will, at our discretion, replace any damaged products or issue a refund. We may request evidence of product damage before processing any refund or return.
Cancellations
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept cancellations or make changes to your order on the day of delivery.
- If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service team at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date.
Exceptions
- In the event of a product recall or safety concern, we will notify you immediately and provide instructions for returning or disposing of the affected product(s). Refunds will be issued for recalled products.
- If there is an error in your order due to our mistake, we will promptly correct the issue and provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
