What areas do you deliver to?
Maple and Marble deliver their premium beef country wide.
We DO NOT deliver to RURAL addresses as the transit time can affect the quality of your meat. Some addresses classified as urban by New Zealand Post ARE considered rural by New Zealand Couriers. Check if your address is rural at www.nzcouriers.co.nz/checkit. If you have a rural address, consider having your beef box delivered to an urban location for pick-up.
Deliveries occur between 9am & 6pm, with most business addresses receiving orders before midday.
Why can I not use a rural address?
Delivery to rural addresses can take 3-5 working days, which will spoil the beef in your order.
If the meat spoils due to the longer rural transit time, Maple and Marble cannot take responsibility and will be unable to provide a refund or replacement.
Many of our rural customers get orders delivered to their workplace or an urban address of friends/family.
How much does delivery cost?
Southland & Otago – $12
Rest of the South Island – $17
North Island – $22.
Our Bulk Buy beef boxes have a set size. The delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on the selected box and delivery location.
How do you deliver your beef boxes?
We use New Zealand Couriers to deliver our beef boxes nationwide.
No need to be home for delivery. Our couriers can leave your beef box in a specified location – just include delivery instructions at checkout.
All our beef is shipped in an insulated box with ice packs to maintain ideal temperatures during transit and while waiting at your door.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are fulfilled in our butchery every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
Orders must be placed by 7pm the night before to be processed that day.
Orders will then be delivered the next day. For example, an order placed before 7pm Sunday will be prepared and shipped Monday for Tuesday delivery.
Orders placed between 7pm Wednesday & 7pm Sunday will be prepared the following Monday.
After the 7pm cutoff, orders are already in process and cannot be cancelled or changed. Email info@mapleandmarble.co.nz with any order issues.
Our cutoff time ensures you receive the highest quality product unaffected by processing time.
Delivery time depends on your exact location, with most deliveries made the next day.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Your order confirmation email will include a tracking number. Track your order directly on the New Zealand Couriers website www.nzcouriers.co.nz or by calling 0800 800 841.
When can I Pick Up From Store?
All orders are prepared every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
Orders must be placed by 7pm the night before for same-day processing.
Orders placed between 7pm Wednesday & 7pm Sunday will be ready for pick-up the following Monday after 3pm.
Is the beef delivered fresh or frozen?
Most of our beef boxes are delivered frozen. If yours is delivered fresh, it has not defrosted. This means we prepared it immediately after you ordered and shipped it right away.
Is the beef gluten-free?
Our plain cuts of beef are definitely gluten-free. We’ve marked any gluten-free marinades with a (GF).
Please note that while not produced simultaneously, our beef is processed in a facility that also handles wheat and gluten-containing foods.
Can I return the ice packs?
Absolutely! Fill one of your empty beef boxes with the unfrozen ice packs. When full, email us and we’ll send a prepaid return label with your next order. Affix the label to the box and call your local NZ Couriers depot for pick-up. Leave the box at your door and it will make its way back to us.
